My Favorite Paleo, Whole 30, Keto Hollandaise Sauce is BACK, Baby!
My all time favorite breakfast since I was a little girl is eggs Benedict! Even as a kid, I'd order it as an eggs Florentine (not a fan of breakfast ham) with sautéed spinach and with sauce on the side so I could make sure some of it went on my side of breakfast potatoes. Hollandaise is easy to make but can be a pain to make especially when you want to time everything perfectly. It also just takes extra time that we don't always have -- especially since having a baby.
I'm so thankful that Primal Kitchen Foods makes a Hollandaise Sauce (dairy free) for my eggs Benedict cravings. It was gone for a bit because they reformulated and improved the recipe to remove the cashew butter and replace it with pumpkin seed butter. This yummy favorite sauce is made without dairy, soy or canola so top Eggs Florentine, drizzle on asparagus or add a dollop to poached salmon. It's keto-friendly and paleo, too.
