Homemade Paleo Chicken Nuggets: Easy, Delicious & Protein Packed. Toddler Approved

If you've ever flipped over a bag of store-bought chicken nuggets and read the ingredient list, you know they’re often packed with questionable ingredients—refined flours, seed oils, preservatives, and even added sugars. Making your own chicken nuggets at home is incredibly easy, and you only need four simple, clean ingredients: organic ground chicken, almond flour, an egg, and grain-free cracker crumbs. I use THIS brand of cracker crumbs (discount code: krystenskitchen) because I love the taste and they are gluten free, grain free, keto friendly and paleo, too. You could use any breadcrumbs you like or grind up your own crackers and make your own.
Many conventional chicken nuggets contain:
Processed fillers like modified corn starch and maltodextrin
Unhealthy oils such as soybean or canola oil
Artificial preservatives to extend shelf life
Low quality chicken

When you make your own, you know what exactly you're consuming or feeding your family. You get 100% real, organic chicken with wholesome, nourishing ingredients that your body will love. Plus, these homemade nuggets are naturally gluten-free, grain-free, and free from inflammatory seed oils or added sugars. They literally come together in just a few minutes and bake in the oven for 15 minutes max (depending on the size of each nugget) and you can have a great protein packed meal ready quicker than if you waiting in the drive-thru line at McDonalds. These nuggets freeze beautifully, making them perfect for quick meals. Not only are these nuggets super yummy in the tummy, but they also deliver quality protein without unnecessary junky stuff. They’re toddler-approved, making them a perfect meal or snack for little ones. Dip them in ketchup, avocado mayo or any of your favorite dipping sauces. My toddler really loves the dippin' sauces from Primal Kitchen Foods. I'll link them here: they have a Special Sauce, Yum Yum Sauce, Chicken Dippin Sauce and Avocado Lime Sauce. Give these homemade nuggets a try—you’ll never go back to store-bought again!
