Easy Chocolate Protein Pancakes | MacroLife Naturals Chocolate MacroMeal

When it comes to protein powder, sometimes you just have to remember that it’s okay to keep it simple by mixing it with water or almond milk and calling it a day…. or you could also add it to a breakfast staple! The other day, I made some pancakes and used my Chocolate MacroMeal from MacroLife Naturals in with the mix to add some chocolate flavor and some easy protein.

You can use whatever pancake mix you like, but you just want to make sure that you keep somewhat of the same consistency that it should be. That might require you to add a little bit of extra water or dairy-free milk. I used a paleo pancake mix and added a scoop of MacroLife Naturals Chocolate MacroMeal with an extra Tablespoon of dairy-free milk. You can even add some chocolate chips to the batter or add some on top.

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop MacroLife Naturals Chocolate MacroMeal

Pancake mix of choice (mix prepared as normal)

Make pancake mix as directed on package. Add in a scoop of MacroLife Naturals and mix well. Prepare pancakes as you normally would or follow directions on the package.

Top with chocolate chips, blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
