The Easy Green Drink

This is a favorite in our house! It's filled with spinach and yet somehow tastes like pineapple. Try this one out on your kiddos and picky family members who think spinach is gross!

Don't tell them what's in it, just tell them that it tastes like pineapple.

About one and a half years ago, I entered it into a contest that Good Karma Foods was having. I entered this recipe and won second place. Now, this recipe is featured in their e-cookbook!

Here is a screenshot of the recipe from their online recipe/cookbook. It's really easy to make and you will drink up every single drop!

INGREDIENTS

2 cups fresh pineapple

1 stalk celery

2 cups spinach

2 cups ice cubes

1 scoop protein powder (I prefer hemp or pea protein)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
